ZH-168 PET Special Injection Molding MachineWith clamping force of 1680kN and theoretical shot weight of 353g, the ZH-168 machine is custom developed for PET preforms and food packaging containers.It is equipped with PET-exclusive low-shear plasticizing assembly and optimized screw with special L/D ratio, which reduces shear heat of melt effectively, restrain PET hydrolysis and acetaldehyde generation, eliminate defects such as yellowing, bubbles and silver streaks, ensuring excellent transparency and stable quality of finished products.The reinforced toggle clamping unit features high platen rigidity and high clamping repeat precision, suitable for long-term continuous production with multi-cavity preform molds. Fitted with high-performance servo energy-saving control system, the machine delivers fast response, stable mold movement and injection action with consistent cycle time and lower power consumption during mass production.Optimized hydraulic circuit matches PET molding process. Wide adjustable range of injection pressure and speed supports molding of various small & medium-sized preforms.
